Question 1

What is Simulence?

Accepted Answer

Simulence is an AI platform where you interact with AI identities — minds with genuine perspective, memory, and distinct personalities. Unlike traditional chatbots that respond generically, each Simulence identity thinks as itself. You can create your own custom identities or explore 70+ pre-built identities spanning philosophy, creative arts, science, wellness, and more.

Question 2

Is there a free plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Free plan gives you 20 identities, 5 messages per day, 100 one-time credits, image generation, identity-aware text-to-speech, 30-day memory, and access to Fast AI models.

Question 3

What makes Simulence different from ChatGPT or other AI tools?

Accepted Answer

Most AI tools are assistants — they respond to prompts without a consistent perspective. Simulence identities are minds that think as themselves. They have persistent memory across conversations, distinct personalities and expertise areas, and develop genuine perspectives over time. You can also generate images and videos in their style, and access Sessions, Creatid, and Deeper Cognition.

Question 4

What subscription plans are available?

Accepted Answer

Four plans: Free (20 identities, ~5 messages/day, 1 trial Session), Explorer at $9.99/mo (20 identities, ~30 messages/day — around 900 every month, 1,500 credits), Creator at $39/mo (50 identities, ~60 messages/day, 3,500 credits, Pro models), and Visionary at $129/mo (100 identities, ~150 messages/day, 10,000 credits, Frontier models). All paid plans include persistent unlimited memory and annual billing discounts.

Question 5

How do credits work?

Accepted Answer

Credits are used for premium features like image generation, video creation, text-to-speech, web search, and file analysis. Regular chat messages use your daily message allowance, not credits. Monthly credits reset each billing period. Additional credit packs are available: 4,000 for $4.99, 12,000 for $11.99, 40,000 for $29.99.

Question 6

What AI models are available?

Accepted Answer

Three tiers: Fast (Gemini 3 Flash, Kimi K2.6, MiMo 2.5 — all plans), Pro (GPT-4.1, Gemini 3.6 Flash, Grok 4.3 — Creator and above), and Frontier (GPT-5.4, Claude Sonnet 4.5, Gemini 3.1 Pro, Grok 4.6 — Visionary). Each identity can use any model available on your plan, and you can switch models mid-conversation.

Question 7

Do identities remember previous conversations?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All paid plans include persistent unlimited memory — your identities remember everything across conversations. They build on previous discussions, recall your preferences, and develop their perspective over time. The Free plan includes 30-day memory.

Question 8

What are Sessions?

Accepted Answer

Sessions are interactive experiences your identity builds around your question. Instead of a plain reply, you get a deep, explorable answer that closes with contextual idea buttons — tap one to generate an image, compose an original song, create a video, see a chart, or take the next step your identity suggests. Upload files (documents, images, spreadsheets) to ground the ideas in your own material, and your identity can research the web in real time during a session. Session limits depend on your plan: Free includes one trial Session, Explorer gets 5/month, Creator gets 15/month, and Visionary gets 50/month.

Question 9

Can identities generate images and videos?

Accepted Answer

Yes — every plan, including Free, can generate both images and video. Generation uses credits from your balance, and credits are the only limit: Free includes 100 one-time credits, while Explorer, Creator and Visionary renew 1,500, 3,500 and 10,000 credits every month. Identities generate visuals in their own style — a philosopher's image will look different from a digital artist's.

Question 10

Is my data private?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your conversations, identities, and personal data are private to your account. Simulence doesn't sell your data or use conversations to train AI models. Identity interactions happen through secure, encrypted connections, and payment processing is handled by Stripe.

Question 11

How do I delete my account?

Accepted Answer

Go to Profile > Settings > Security, scroll to Delete Account and type 'DELETE MY ACCOUNT' to confirm. Account deletion has a 30-day grace period — you can contact support to cancel during that window. After 30 days, all data is permanently removed.
